Look for the Schnellbahn sign (the station is on the lowest level). Your end destination will be Stephansplatz station which is right by the Stephansdom cathedral. I’m curious – why did you choose to fly from Salzburg to Vienna, when you could have taken the train and enjoyed viewing the Austrian countryside? Then you wouldn’t have to deal with customs and long airport line ups.
