I am planning a trip to Munich. I’d like to go to Fussen to see Castle Neuschawnstein, Rothenburg ob der Tauber, and possibly somewhere around Konigssee, possibly even Salzburg. I know you can take a train from Munich to all of these places, but I’m confused about what tickets I will need. I see that many travel websites suggest using the Bayern ticket, but when I go to look up on www.bahn.de, it doesn’t look like I can get there using this ticket alone. Please help.
