Hi All,

I am in for a holiday in these locations and would like you suggestions about whether it is best to go by car or by train. I estimated the cost of trains AND Innsbruck/Salzburg cards (free buses and museum entries) at Euro281 while the car WITHOUT fuel Euro267. I am staying 2days in each place. What do you think: which is the best to go for?

Begs the question what about hitting turbulance? Personally I’d far rather be strapped in, even if Ryanair flights are like airborn cattle trucks and if they go down, the chances of getting out are pretty low (experience Stanstead to Salzburg and also Stanstead to Newquay!!).
