As far as I know the snow-sports season ends in spring(around April) in Austria. unless you are traveling within the EU you will have some trouble with crossing into the EU unsupervised. On-top of that most Hotel's will not allow unaccompanied minors to stay with them, you normally need a Credit Card and at least be 18 years of age in order to stay at a Hotel. The simple answer to this is No.
