Can’t find the road you are quoting but there is an Underground station (U-bahn) nearby to Munich-Schwabing so it shouldn’t be too expensive. See for a map.
Nearest underground station is Dietlindenstraße, but from there it’s around 10-15 minutes walk. without luggage should be ok, but with luggage I’m not sure.

It’s quite near to the center, maybe 4km. A taxi should cost you 10-15 Euro, not more.
