There is a night train from Munich to Leipzig, but none from Salzburg.
Salzburg dep 09.03 pm
Munich arr 10.30pm
dep 11.07pm
Leipzig arr 06.57am next morning
The train with the beds is called “CityNightLine ”
The price depends on the type of bed/couchette, the extra charge is something between 19,50EUR ( for 1 bed in a couchette compartment of 6 ) and 49.50 EUR for a bed in a double economy compartment ( with another person ).
Then there are sometimes special offers, but I don’t know, if this does make sense when you have a pass.
Best thing will be, when you are in Germany, go to the train station and make your reservation there or ask a licensed travel agent.
The web site of is in english, but when you want to travel with nighttrains, this site is only in german.
